The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational trust and knowledge sharing with innovative work behavior of employees. The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of the type of research. The statistical population included all employees of the North Khorasan Social Security Organization (120 people) and a sample of 92 people were selected based on the Krejcie-Morgan table by available sampling method due to the prevalence of Corona virus. Data were collected by questionnaires confirmed the face and content validity of the professors and the reliability was estimated through Cronbach's alpha (0.89), (0.81) and (0.81), respectively. To analyze the data SPSS21 statistical software was used. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational trust and knowledge sharing with innovative work behavior of employees (r = 0.509). As a result, it can be said that organizational trust and knowledge sharing in the organization are important strategies to increase innovative work behavior. By supporting employees and creating an atmosphere of trust and cooperation, managers can pave the way for innovative behaviors.
